Timothy Hay

Timothy hay is made from a tall, stalky type of grass called Timothy grass which is high in fibre and is perfect for consistent textured stalkiness giving  you peace of mind in regards to how much fibre your herbivore is getting, whilst also helping to keep their continously growing teeth worn down and their gut healthy. 
 
Our Timothy Hay is the perfect treat for small animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas and hamsters. Grown in Scotland, it is organic, meaning no fertilisers are used. The hay is sun dried and baled in fields, allowing it to dry naturally and retain its nutritional value. It also contains green stems and is stalky, and is sent out in wads for easy storage. When it arrives, it needs to be broken up before feeding your furry friend.
 
Please note, our hays are dried naturally in fields, therefore there will be variations in colour.

*3kg boxes of the same product will be loose in a box , a box liner will be an added extra if preferred, 1kg will be posted in a bag & will be sent compacted in a wad  so they hay can be easily stored & handled*
